More proof of Ultras being large planet level: there was a kaiju, Gransphire, that was devouring planets and devoured Saturn (4:46), yet Ultraman Dyna blew it to hell (17:28 and on, please notice that prior beam fired by ship was only needed to make Gransphire tangible, Dyna did all the job of busing it), and that even caused a wormhole to appear, which sends Dyna to an alternate universe. Also, most of the Ulras are FTL (especially Zero) and their beams are FTL as well, yet Belial fights them and dodges their beams with no trouble. And that is the version that Neo, GOD and Bambina are going to fight. What happened the third time they fought? Well, Belial fused with Armored Darkness and utterly humilated Zero, making him need to transform, after what he defeated Belial (or so it seems) and got posessed by him. And then he was defeated again because of outside help and Deus ex Machina. The fun part? When Belial and Zero fought a second time, Belial beat him. And then he was defeated by Ultraman Zero, who was superior to these Ultramen. And Belial? He effortlessly beat the shit out of entire horde of them (side note: the fight happened on a planet with 圆0 the Earth's mass, and each of them is 50 meters tall). Finally, at the very top of the verse stands Delacion an entity that was introduced way back in the Heisei Era, who is possibly Low Multiverse level due to being revealed as the creator of Cosmos' Universe and possibly even the M78 universe (the main universe where majority of the Ultras and King one of the god tiers is located at). By the Reiwa Era, the overall power of monsters and Ultras have increased even further and now even the high tiers are Universe level+ based on them being comparable to the top tiers of the previous era while being in a weakened state. After the events of the Omega Armageddon, most monsters and Ultras are further into Universe level, likely High Universe level with the top tiers having managed to reach Universe level+ due to being able to survive the Super-Dimension Eradication Bomb. By the New Generation Era, even the average monsters are now Universe level, likely High Universe level via scaling and many of the Ultras and antagonist are much higher into the tier. By the Galaxy Crisis Era, the average monsters are now Multi-Solar System level to Multi-Galaxy level and many Ultras have reached Multi-Galaxy level+ and eventually became Universe level, likely High Universe level near the end of this era. By the Heisei Era, even the weakest Ultras and monsters of this period is Solar System level with the stronger ones reaching Multi-Solar System level and Galaxy level, while the strongest reached Multi-Galaxy level to Universe level, likely High Universe level.

But most humans and aliens themselves range from Below Average Human level to Wall level while their technology ranges anywhere from Wall level to Multiverse level. There exist a civilization of beings that are High Hypoverse level. The Ultra Series is very powerful verse that also has many broken abilities.
